RAs each bracelet is handcrafted and made to order with intention, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If your bracelet does not fit comfortably, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To request a size exchange, please contact us with your order details and a clear photo of the bracelet. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the incorrect size was sent by us.

Please note that slight variations in crystal colour, pattern, and texture are natural and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of working with natural crystals.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Each piece is handcrafted with intention and prepared especially for you.

As most of our bracelets are made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be created, energized, and packed before dispatch.

We currently ship across India. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its journey to you, on WhatsApp.

Delivery timelines vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
